The second recipe I'd like to share is not really a smoothie, but a mousse or a vegan yogurt. It's an adaptation of a recipe given by Conceição Trucom to Bela Gil (both Brazilian experts in healthy eating). It is super nutritious and extremely easy and fast to make. I've been having this every day for breakfast with some granola and I've never felt so "full" during the morning. That's thanks to the fermentation of the flex seeds that are the base of this recipe.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp of golden flax seeds previously put in water for at least 8h.
2 small papayas or half a big one/ or a mango
1 fruit passion (optional)
juice of one lemon
2 small carrots or a medium one/ or a beetroot
Mix everything in you blender for 3 minutes.
You can eat it right away as a mousse. Or you can put it in the fridge for 8h and eat it as a yogurt.
