Vegan Chia Pudding With Strawberry Cream/Ice cream

Today I'm bringing you two recipes in one. You can eat them separately or together as I did.



This chia pudding is a joker. You can eat it in many different ways as it is quite neutral and as it can serve as a base for many different combinations.

For the pudim:

25g of chia seeds
150ml of coconut milk
Brown sugar or coconut sugar or maple syrup or agave syrup
Cinnamon or vanilla extract or ginger (optional depending on your taste)

Stir everything with a spoon. After five minutes stir  again so that the graines don't stay all in the bottom of the jar and once the mixture starts getting more consistent just put it in the fridge. Eat it after 8 hours.

For the strawberry cream:

375g of strawberries
200ml of coconut milk
A little bit of brown sugar or coconut sugar or maple syrup or agave syrup
15g of chia seeds

Follow the same procedure as for the chia pudim. In case you want an ice cream, just put it in the ice cream machine for 30 minutes.

Once everything is ready add some berries on the top and enjoy it! =]
