Green smoothie with chia seeds

I'd like to share with you some of my personal recipes of super healthy smoothies.






Today's green smoothie is composed of:
2 kiwis...
1 pear
1 fruit passion
A good hand of spinach
1 tbsp of chia seeds
ice cubs
Half a glass of water
It literally takes 3 minutes to make and it is delicious!

Put everything in the blender and mix it for 2 minutes.
